Delivery

We offer standard delivery which is normally delivered within 5 to 7 Working Days. The charge for standard delivery is £8.95.

Shipping & Delivery Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable.

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour.

POST CODE EXCLUSIONS

Some delivery postcodes (example Scottish Highlands & Isle of Wight) will incur additional delivery charges, if you fall into one of these areas we will call you before dispatching the order and offer you the chance to pay the additional amount or we can offer a full refund.

Economy Delivery – We aim to deliver all orders placed on the economy delivery option within 5-7 Working Days

Can I collect my Order?

Yes, you can collect your order from us in Birmingham, it will be ready for collection within 48 working hours from you placing the order. We will call you when your order is ready for collection.

What couriers do you use?

We use various couriers to enable us to offer a full UK delivery service, the courier we will use for your order will be dependent on the size of your parcel.

What Do I Do If My Sheets Arrive Damaged?

We take exceptional care in our packing methods to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition and the reports of damages are very low. In the event you do receive damaged goods please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Please do not use the damaged sheets as we may want to arrange the collection of the damaged sheets.
